In Person Option (SOLD OUT)
Join us in the heart of Bloomington for two days of networking, learning, good food, fun, and recharging. When you aren't at the conference, the beautiful Monroe County Convention Center is just a short walk to a wide assortment of local shops and restaurants as well as several lovely hotels. The Early Bird rate for the conference is $100. After February 14, 2024, the rate goes up to $125. The in person option includes morning coffee, a swag bag, a Thursday evening social hour with dirnks and appitizers, and a Friday buffet lunch. Eight credit hours are available.
Virtual Mini Conference Option
The virtual mini-conference consists of a live-stream of the sessions in the main conference room of the in-person conference On Friday, June 14, 2024. This will include keynote speaker Junlei Li, Ph.D. Dr. Li is a lecturer in Early Childhood at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and is excited to visit his home state of Indiana. It will also include the four breakout sessions with the highest amount of participant interest in Whova, our event app. The rate for the one-day virtual conference is $50. Five credit hours are available.
Pre-Conferences
This year we will be offering the FGRBI Fast Track. This three hour training is from 9 AM to noon EST on Thursday, June 13, 2024. There is no cost for First Steps Providers. Participants must complete pre-requisite work in the form of self-paced learning modules (approximately 8 hours), a post-test, and survey. Although not required, attendees are strongly encouraged to consider participating in 6 monthly Professional Learning Community (PLC) meetings following the pre-conference to complete the full Family Guided Routines Based Professional Development Sequence. The pre-conference includes morning coffee and a box lunch. Three credit hours are available.
Other pre-conference offerings will be a High Quality Outcomes Training for Service Coordinators (SOLD OUT) and a Reflective Supervision/Consultation. All pre-conference attendees must register to save their place in the sessions. The fee for the Reflective Supervision/Consultation pre-conference is $25. The pre-conference includes morning coffee and a box lunch. Three credit hours are available.
