CALL FOR PROPOSALS
2026 Indiana Early Intervention Conference
June 11-12, 2026 in Bloomington, Indiana
The 2026 Indiana Early Intervention Conference is now accepting proposals for presentations and posters. This annual conference is dedicated to advancing the field of early childhood intervention, and we invite professionals, researchers, and advocates to share their expertise and innovations with Indiana’s early intervention providers and service coordinators.
We are seeking proposals for:
Interactive Sessions: Presentations that offer practical strategies, tools, and hands-on activities for participants to implement in their practice.
Research Presentations: Original research findings or evidence-based practices that contribute to the field of early intervention.
Poster Sessions: Visual presentations of research, programs, or initiatives that promote knowledge exchange and networking.
Topic preferences include: team collaboration/communication, use of routines, state and federal law, family engagement/support, behavior management, feeding, handling challenging conversations with families, family engagement, effective teaming evidence-based or research-informed interventions, trauma and mental health topics.
Submission Deadline:November 1, 2025

Evaluation Criteria:
- Relevance to early intervention
- Clarity of objectives and content
- Innovation and practical application
- Reference to evidence base for the topic proposed
- Presenter expertise and experience
Notification of Acceptance:
All individuals who have submitted a proposal will be notified of their proposal status in January of 2026. Accepted presenters will receive further instructions regarding registration and presentation details.
